Winner of C4 CREATIVE DIVERSITY AWARD
Fast rising star, Chris McCausland is the winner of the C4 Creative Diversity Award and appears on Miranda Hart's Unwrapped on BBC2, ITV4's Stand Up Hero and on two series of Comedy Central's The Comedy Store.
In addition to achieving a top three placing in pretty much every national competition within his first year of stand-up, Chris was recently awarded the highly regarded C4 Creative Diversity Award with special commendation for his writing and the diverse range of material.
As an actor Chris plays Rudi the Market Trader on Me Too!,the long-running children's series on BBC1 and CBeebies;
In his live work this highly acclaimed, multi award-winning comedian performs both nationally and internationally at all the country’s major comedy clubs and as far afield as Mumbai and Dubai.
Chris is the only professional comedian in the UK, and probably even the world, who is blind. This makes his particular brand of observational comedy all the more unique as he chooses to talk about this only moderately; instead, priding himself on the variety and originality of his material.
