We are pleased to announce that both Larry Dean and Sunna Jarman have been selected for Bound & Gagged’s AAA at The Pleasance for Edinburgh 2014.

Scottish Comedian of the Year winner Larry Dean is closing and LBC regular, Sunna Jarman is compering the AAA Early Show in one of the most sought-after industry-respected mixed bill shows in one of the most established and highly respected venues in Edinburgh for comedy.

As part of his win for Scottish Comedian of the Year, Larry Dean is currently performing his own show at the Adelaide Fringe and judging by reviews and tweets, making as much of an impact there as he is here. Having supported Stephen K Amos on his recent tour, Larry is gaining a huge following on the UK circuit and is increasingly in demand. The Evening Standard's highly regarded comedy critic Bruce Dessau wrote of Larry “I’m sure Dean will be winning other awards” and indeed Larry has been winning competitions up and down the country including the Bath Comedy Festival's New Comedian of the Year. Described by chortle's Steve Bennett as having “irrisistable chutzpah”, Larry Dean is one to go and see – and if you do you’ll see he’s heading for very big things.

Sunna Jarman is a stand-out talent, fast making a name for herself as a comedian, actress, writer and sketch performer. Engaging and surprisingly disarming as a stand-up, Sunna is making an impact on the circuit. She is a regular guest and paper-reviewer on Talksport’s Late Show with Ian Collins, and writes and performs in a number of sketches live on stage and film. As an actor, she is revered for her accents, voices and characters, and appears in several stage shows, commercials and films, including Mattie and Harper on MTV.
