Multi award-winning writer, commissioned writer-performer for radio, established actor and voice-over artist, and a highly sought-after comedian on the national, international and corporate circuits, Mark Maier's credits include: two series of 'Trapped', ‘Inner Voices of Men’ and ‘Object Lessons’ (all as writer-performer) for BBC R4 plus many TV credits which include The Stand Up Show (BBC1), Dating The Enemy (ITV), Bring Me The Head of Light Entertainment, (CH5), Five’s Company (CH5), The World Stands Up (Paramount Comedy), Comedy Rules (SKY), Live At Jongleurs (LWT), Rory Bremner, Who Else? (CH4) and My Hero(BBC 1).
As a stand-up, Mark works all over the UK and as far afield as Germany, Holland, Ireland, Hong Kong, Bahamas, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand and the US and regularly performs with the critically-acclaimed 'Comedy Store Players'

Mark writes and performs in radio commercials, winning numerous writing awards for his work, including the prestigious ‘World's Best Broadcasting Advertisement’ at the Hollywood Radio & Television Awards.
